Agent Default Phone Number
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Profile.
- Click on Default and click on the number that you wish to be the default number for the organisation.
- The selected phone number will be the default outbound number when the Dixa interface is reloaded. This number overrides the organisation's default number and will be used when making outbound calls.
Note that each agent must set their own default phone number.
Select the default phone number for your profile from the drop-down list under Default.
