Use your own wait music for customers waiting in a queue.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Go to Phone.
  3. Click Edit Flow next to the phone number you want to change queue wait music for.
  4. Add or Edit the queue action in the call flow.
  5. Enable Custom Wait Music.
  6. Click Add New to upload your own wait music in mp3 format.
  7. Select the your custom wait music in the Select Audio drop-down menu.
  8. Click Update.

Open the Queue Action in the Call Flow Editor:


Give your custom wait music a title and upload the mp3 file:


Your custom wait music audio is being prepared:


Select audio in the drop-down menu and click 'update':
