You can enable outbound call recording for each number in your organization.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Go to Phone.
  3. Click Edit next to the phone number you want to enable outbound call recording for.
  4. Set outbound call recording to Enable and Save Changes.
  5. All outbound calls form this number will now be recorded and added to the conversation information.
  6. Recording of inbound calls has to be activated in the call flow editor. Please see this guide.

Call recording is also supported for phone numbers that have been added as caller ID.

Click Edit next to the phone number.

Set call recording to Enable.
